The interior design was beautiful with everything maintained to a high standard.

I found the breakfast staff to be impolite and they watched the guests in a way that I found very disturbing. It made for an unpleasant start to the day, and I expected better service.

the breakfast buffet had many options. i liked the coffee choices available EVERY morning. the room included bathroom essentials. the location WAS near several key attractions.

the air conditioning did not work well. it struggled to keep the room cool. our room was also located near the stairs. this caused some noise disturbances. the reception seemed understaffed.

the room was too hot and the air conditioning didnt work correctly. the hotel booked a restaurant for us but they failed to told me we only had a 90 mins slot. this.
